I started my career in 2008 as an SQA Engineer and spent 13 years at Xavor Corporation building something most PMs simply don't have — a quality-first delivery foundation that lets me see risk before it becomes a problem.
Across five US enterprise clients — Edwards Lifesciences, Guitar Center, Closing Corp, VOXY and others — I grew from individual contributor to Principal QA, Product Owner, and delivery authority. Three clients formally recognised my work with awards. Two stood down their own QA teams in sole reliance on my remote delivery.

Meet Maleeka
I'm a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, and Product leader based in Lahore, Pakistan — with 15+ years of experience delivering digital products for US and global enterprise clients, entirely remotely.
My career started in QA in 2008 and grew into something I couldn't have planned — Principal QA, Product Owner, IoT product builder, startup co-founder, and now an AI-powered delivery professional building products under COIT247.
I believe great delivery is a human skill first, a process skill second. The tools change — Jira, Claude, Cursor — but the fundamentals stay the same: clear communication, relentless follow-through, and an obsession with outcomes over output.
